The Linkville Lopers are excited to host the 5th annual Spence Mountain Run on June 1st, 2024. Race swag (for purchase) will be Headsweat Visors this year. Dark blue with the Lopers and Spence Run logos. This will be our second year on the new course with 95 percent single track trails and 5 percent forest/logging road.
Running Y Resort has offered a discount rate on rooms. Use the code "Spence" to receive the special room rate. Running Y Resort is the closest location to stay overnight near Spence Mountain, they have many amenities including a gym, pool, hot tub, walking trails, restaurant, etc.
50K starts at 8am.
30K starts at 9am
1/2 marathon starts at 9:30
50K early start will be at 7:00am. 30K early start will be at 8:00am. Race day registration is allowed but you may not get a meal. The food truck has limited supply of ingredients. Cutoff for 50K is 3:00pm (8 hours if you start early). Contact us if you have special requests for early starting.
Food tickets for after the race are included for all distances (local food truck, Heavenly Thai) and finish line beer/beverages. Please purchase an "add on" extra meal if you have spectators. Vegetarian/Vegan options will be available.
